hope it's a real "small" problem after checking by your german colleague and can be repaired in Shanghai.
If possible,could you pls tell me the name of the technician from Germany who will be in Shanghai shop from Mar 20-21st?

Dear Sir,
thank you for your mail in which you are claiming the quality of your Langematik Perpetual. We deeply regret that you have trouble with a timepiece from our manufactory.
Of course loose screws should not be in the movement and the watch has to be thoroughly checked in order to find out what happened. We have a problem in repairing watches from China as according to customs watches have to be returned within a too short time. We regret not being able to clearly comment this defect by seeing photos only.
We have to wait for the information of the shop in Shanghai and therefore kindly ask you to wait some more days. We hope for your comprehension.
