Zenith is launching a new collection, called Defy Classic, that they call “sport-chic”, based on unusual designs, avant-garde technology, an outstanding performance.

Movement for the chronograph is the automatic El Primero 4021SC with 39 jewels, beating at 36,000 bph. The rotor is tungsten with guilloche pattern.

The case, in stainless steel, measures 46.5mm, has a small seconds-hand at 9 o’clock, power reserve indicator, central seconds-hand and a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock.

It is water-resistant to 300 meters, and features screw-down crown, pushers and back. The crystal is 3mm sapphire with AR coating.

There is also a power reserve model with the automatic Elite caliber 685SC with 38 jewels and a power reserve of 50 hours. The case on this one measures 43mm and is water resistant to 300 meters.


The final model of the collection is the HMS, a time-only model equipped with the extra-thin automatic caliber Elite 680SC with 26 jewels and a power reserve of 50 hours. The case measures 43mm and is water resistant to 300 meters.
