我想要一份certificate。于是就按niceman的格式写了一下邮件：
DEAR SIRS:
I JUST BOUGHT A NEW PANO MATIC DATE , THE CASE NUMBER
IS 00xxx. I GOT THE INFORMATION FROM THE GUID BOOK
THAT I CAN HAVE A CERTIFICATE FROM GLASHUTTE ORIGINAL
FACTORY WITH A SMALL FEE . WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Thanks for your replay. Before need the certificate ,
I have some good mind for you. G.lashutte original is
the top brand in the world . no one can conclude
BLANCPAIN ,VACHERONA CONSTANTIN, JAEGER LECOULTRE is
better than g.o. also A. lange &shone is better than
PATEK .PHILIPPE. they all the top brands, the
technical are not have much difference, every one have
their characteristic. but the small details are
choosing your status. I find some problems in your
products. First you make your watch as limpidity back,
so you must let me find no blemish . my 90 01 02 02 04
the stripe are not fit close. It do not influence use
it ,but it do not perfection. as the top brand
perfection is the most important. I attach a photo
which can show you where not fit close. And I check
other watches in the shop some of them fit close but
some of them not. It show me that you do not request
your workers attention this detail. I hope you
attention now. sometimes a small detail can make your
brand trouble. Your competitor maybe attention this
detail. The second the color of the rubine are not
beautiful. As you know now the rubine are man-made.
Thay are AL2O3 with metal hydronium it will show
colors. But why not give them beautiful color?
Colorful can increase your products artistry . if I
were you I would use deep red and smooth rubine. The
red color as pigeon blood. Maybe I would use blue
color jewels instead of rubines. The hard are all at
9.and the cost are same, but it may give consumer a
new view.


When new it +1seconds per day. After it fall to my
floor it –4 seconds per day .my floor is wood floor,
my table 75cm high. Can it damage ?

其实你我都是客户，应该不会有什么问题。顾客永远是对的。如果客户不满意，企业还能生存吗。希望穆勒明白。

发表个人建议嘛，正常的

战车兄弟这种建议、探讨性的文章GO理应会重视的。要知道，Dr. Muller是Timezone GO版的嘉宾，习惯于这种表迷间的探讨争论。不过兄弟的回信应先回复GO提到的问题，然后在逐步展开对其它问题的探讨。措辞方面有小小问题但不太重要，相信GO是会给你一个较明确的回复的。

那是，人家不会因为这个跟他计较的，否者也太小气了。

MULLER 根本看不到这封信.
1) 本来就是客服的人代替管理层回信的, 下面放个MULLER的签名而已.
2 ) 一旦有客户提好的意见, 客服或网管会交给管理层参考.
3) 不过当他们看到你提的有关宝石颜色的问题的时候, 就知道你是外行, 就删除了, 没有去浪费MULLER先生的时间.

看了半天LZ的英文大作还是不太明白想说什么，英文真的有提高空间，呵呵。LZ别生气，英文你是没德国人好，但中文你绝对超过他。

提意见是对的，而且不需要顾虑德国人生气，他们的思维方式和我们不太一样，他们不会为你提意见生气的。GO的售后服务质量全世界人民都很认同的。

就我个人跟德国人打交道的经验而言，他们给我的印象是很严谨的，只要是客观的关于他们产品的讨论，言辞激烈他们也能接受，提出意见意味着你对他们有期待，就他们而言，说明他们是受重视的（我的德国朋友那么说的），一般来说会很快就给你回复，因为我实验室的大部分仪器设备都是德国的，跟他们的信件来往比较多，对他们的处理方式很了解，当然也有可能是我们是他们的大客户，在VIP名单里面也有关系。
另外，欧洲人在信件来往中很讲究礼仪，可能是文化的差别，有时候从措词里面就看得出很礼貌，这方面我们可能不太注意，也因为可能是我们大多数同胞少用英文有关吧

With reference to your earlier e-mail regarding the finish of “Glashütte Original” movement it is a pleasure for us to inform you about more details about our movement philosophy.



At first I’d like to answer your question concerning different colours of the jewels.

“Glashütte Original” applied as basic material for all jewels rubies in one colour - deep red.

All jewels are checked for size and colour according to written guidelines and examples in our quality control department.

The fact of visible different colours is not the different colour of the jewels rather the different size and thickness of the jewels and the applied material for the parts underneath the stone.



My second answer regards to your query concerning the asymmetric position of the stripe grinding.

In our point of view it is important to have the basic strip picture symmetric to the basic edges of the movement.

That means, to make sure, that the size of the stripes is on the same time on both sides of the movement, required a move of the stripe edge by 0.26 mm in reference to the centre of the rotor screw.

To have an acceptable view on the rotor, of course the stripes have to be centric to the ball bearing. In that way it arises the stripes not fit close.

I hope that short excursion could help to describe our philosophy in movement design.

Upon a fall of a mechanical watch, always something can be damaged in the movement. The permissible range for the average daily accuracy of automatic watches is between -5 and + 10 seconds per day. 回答了我的问题。红宝石是因为小薄所以看上去不是鲜红的。条纹也解释了一番。精度是-5到+10。一般都会在次范围里。
